Fetal Bovine Serum

Mục đích sử dụng

  • Là một chất bổ sung phổ biến đóng vai trò quan trọng trong nuôi cấy tế bào. Huyết thanh cung cấp một loạt các hợp chất thiết yếu, bao gồm hormone, yếu tố tăng trưởng, yếu tố kết dính tế bào, đệm pH, chất ức chế protease, cùng với vitamin, khoáng chất, lipid, và nhiều thành phần khác.
  • Đặc biệt, huyết thanh còn giúp bảo vệ tế bào khỏi các tác động độc hại do sự thay đổi pH, sự hiện diện của ion kim loại nặng, nội độc tố, và hoạt động phân giải protein, đảm bảo môi trường nuôi cấy ổn định và hiệu quả.

Đặc tính kỹ thuật

  • Được chứng nhận về khả năng truy xuất nguồn gốc của ISIA
  • Được lọc vô trùng 3 lần bằng màng lọc 0.1 micron
  • Được kiểm tra endotoxin, hemoglobin, mycoplasma, độ nhớt, pH, protein tổng số
  • Quy trình bất hoạt nhiệt ổn định với tất cả các lô sản xuất, giúp đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm
  • Cung cấp sản phẩm đã chiếu xạ phù hợp với nhiều quy trình của khách hàng
  • Đạt chứng nhận ISO13485
  • Sản xuất tại cơ sở tuân thủ cGMP hoạt động theo 21 CFR 820, Quy định về hệ thống chất lượng dành cho nhà sản xuất thiết bị y tế
  • Giấy chứng nhận phù hợp (CEP) từ Ban giám đốc chất lượng thuốc châu Âu (EDQM) cho FBS có nguồn gốc từ Hoa Kỳ và Úc
  • Bảo quản: -40°C đến -10°C
